I receive coupons from Ace Corporate..2 times I have been denied the use. one was for Roundup..Cashier said he  could not accept because &quot;it was Spring&quot; I asked him to speak to Manager and he humiliated me huge in front of a ton of people and told me that he only makes a dollar on that..Is that my business ? Then he also told me that if I don&#039;t like it, I can contact Corporate,, which I did and was told that the stores can do pretty much what they want.I will NEVER step foot in an Ace Hardware ever again. That man is obnoxious. Quit sending me coupons That man is obnoxious, arrogant and not worthy of my business.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Today was grand opening of Ace hardware in Mountain Home, AR; we arrived at 7 and according to what we were sent via social media, the first 200 were to be entered and to win prizes; management said that was wrong; also, we were to get 5.00 of of purchase; that didn&#039;t happen either; the lady checking out in front of us was having major problems with her purchase.  Needless to say, our first experience with Ace hardware was a few weeks ago when we received flyer in the mail, made special trip to Ace hardware to get some items in flyer, was not honored because flyers had been sent out too early; we have had 2 VERY bad experiences at Ace hardware in Mountain Home, AR., And will not shop there, Walmart is dependable, honors their advertised prices, and associates are helpful and knowledgeable; you lost 2 new customers because of the actions of your management today 4/22/22 and 2 weeks ago.  Money is tight for us, so we do shop sale papers and flyers, at least Dollar general and Walmart are to be trusted; and I assure you, we will be sharing our bad experience on social media.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS &quot;BUSINESS&quot;!

Worst professional experience in 30+ years! Delivered (3 days late, forcing use of first vacation day) 1/3 of several thousand dollar/several major appliance order. Still had us at end of day. 

Refused to reschedule piece THEY SCHEDULED WITHOUT NOTICE OR PERMISSION FOR 4TH DAY LATE FORCING 2ND VACATION DAY AND INABILITY TO PREPARE FOOD unless we called a 2nd number (after business hours) because the first rep &quot;doesn&#039;t do that.&quot; 

Well, apparently none of their employees &quot;do&quot; much of anything including preparing,  delivering, providing customer care, scheduling, communicating, etc!!

AVOID!!! Use a payment method that will support you when you have to escalate!!!

*and they also still have a backorder fridge/freezer not due until, at least, Saturday. Ordered all this about a month ago....and is Saturday true? With all parts?

1. An employee suffered an injury at work and there were no bandages BIG ENOUGH to cover the wound. Rather than open a first aid kit or a box of bandaids, they made the worker use their 10 minute break to go drive homie for one. 
2. The owners son is the manager. His last three wives were checkers at his mother&#039;s store.
3. The owner&#039;s son is a convicted wife beater. His felony conviction precludes lucrative hunting supplies and
 weapons sales. 
4. Lots of people refuse to go in the store because he violates the terms of his probation by publicly verbally abusing workers in the store. He screams and yells and makes female employees cry.

					<description><![CDATA[I purchased and alarm remote for my car at ACE at 5960 Sepulveda Blvd., Van Nuys 91411, paid for it before I had it in hand.  Supposed to come in a week, no one called so went back to the store, waited for 20 min only to be told the &quot;it came in ,we don&#039;t know where it is, inventory took priority&quot; you would think customers would come before inventory otherwise with no customers, there would be no need for inventory.  Said I would be called back the same day.  No one called.  I called back today, another week later, so now 2 weeks, store assistant mgr, Jesse, said she would find it and call me back.  Another employee called me back and said he had my key in his hand and that the key cutting machine was broken and would call when it is repaired?  Key? it was a alarm fob, no key, nice try, bold face lie to my face.  Asked for Jesse to call me back, still no call back.  Is this how to retain customers and get referrals for more, I think not!  And I am out about $175.00 with NOTHING  to show for it but frustration.]]></description>
