How to contact the corporate office out of office hours? I have an issue that needs to be dealt with and It cannot wait until Monday.
As an employee, I would like to say that it is generally a good company to work for. I wish there would be an easy way to see my opcoming schedule online though or a way to contact Human Resources through an app for example out of hours.

My complaint: I had an issue with my last order, and they make it really difficult to get through to a real live person on their customer service phone number.
I would like to know if there is an alternative customer help phone number that i can call. The customer service phone number on your website did not work for me, I only got an automated message.

My review: I have nothing to complain about. I had a problem but customer support was really helpful and sorted it out for me pretty quickly.

I dont usually complain but here is my review: Decent company in general until there is a problem. I had a problem with payment, credit card expired and it took ages to get it sorted out. The people in the customer service department are nice though.
Good company, I have one small complaint though: It would be great if they had a chat function or online email form where you could easily contact a customer service representative.
This used to be a good company, until you have a problem. Then you find out that it is really hard to get through to a customer service representative, especially out of normal office hours, which is the only time I am available.
I have an issue i need to discuss with the customer service department. I am going to send you an official letter by mail. I would suggest, however, that you publish an official customer support email address that customers can email for correspondence.
Just a heads up for your customer service team. Most companies have a Twitter or Facebook customer service account these days, where customers can get fast help. I only have a small problem that i think could be fixed in 30 seconds. I dont want to be on hold for 10 minutes on the customer support hotline for that.
