They should hire some more employees for their customer support team. Good company overall, I just found it hard to get through on their customer help phone number.
Just a heads up for your customer service team. Most companies have a Twitter or Facebook customer service account these days, where customers can get fast help. I only have a small problem that i think could be fixed in 30 seconds. I dont want to be on hold for 10 minutes on the customer support hotline for that.
Good company, I have one small complaint though: It would be great if they had a chat function or online email form where you could easily contact a customer service representative.

I was scheduled for bulk pickup for 12/29/20. The items were not picked up on this date. I called today 12/30/20 to remedy the issue and was told they would come out today. Bulk items are still outside my residence and my neighbors are complaining about the eye sore of these items. THIS IS 100% UNACCEPTABLE. If you pay for a service, you expect that things would get done in a prompt and professional manner. Im going to look into the Better Business Bureau

My Name is Latoya Lee from watseka IL 60970. I have been experiencing some bias when the garbage guy comes to pick up my trash, The Gentlemen then leaves trash bags on the ground, And I know it could be an accident but then he never cleans this up.
I have personally called the office myself to have to ask can the Gentlemen can come back and clean up the mess that was left.
This is unacceptable, for this to keep happening ,with no one to hold accountable.
