					<description><![CDATA[I’ve had several issues with Amazon. Most of them I can get resolved about this last one. I was unable to get it resolved. I ordered an item And had it shipped to another address. Amazon claimed that somebody name George was given the package. The item was not shipped to a George it was ship to someone else. I tried over and over to get them to try to resolve it and they would not budge. The last time it happened when they said it was delivered to me. I had to take photos and show them that it was not my place that they delivered it to you they delivered it to someplace else. This time they just had a name that when I called the corporate office said it wasn’t even in the notes but the customer service rep told me something completely different. But anyway to make a long story short, I never received the item and they told me that I was just out of the money. The customer service has gotten to be horrible over the years.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I ordered iRobot 9S plus they sent me a double order and the wrong product I sent a product back they credited me for one and I’m having a hard time getting credit for the second one and now I’m paying interest on my credit card. I spoke to customer service. They give me a supervisor and the supervisor hung up on me while I was talking to her. And now they’re telling me that I have to wait 60 days for my money back to my credit card when the website states seven days from the time you receive the product back the product was returned to you on November 23 and I keep on getting the runaround and I keep on getting the runaround about this problem]]></description>

On August 1 or thereabouts I purchased a basket for a bicycle. The basket was a gift for my daughter. I got a message from Amazon that the basket was on his way but was running late. I forgot about it until my daughter asked me what happened to the basket. Then I looked into it and realized that it was never delivered. i’ve been contacted your customer service and was told that because it was past 90 days there was nothing they could do about it. I asked to speak to a supervisor his name was Sebastian he basically told me the same thing that it was policy no returns after 90 days. he offered me a $20 gift certificate I told him that was not right. He told me he would email me the address of legal. He never sent that to me. That is why I am writing to you now I would like satisfaction I’ve been a customer for many years spent quite a bit of money. how would I know what your policy no returns within 90 days I did not receive this basket and should not have to pay for it regardless of your policy. They said they noted it on my account so it would go through properly.   It did not.   I contacted them again.  I sent proof of delivery from ups, a picture of them both packed together, the name of the employee who told me to do it that way.  It was also marked as received at your service center.   I have talked to multiple reps and they just keep sending me form letters asking for proof.   We are talking about less than 14 dollars.    So I did not get my refund and I am highly disappointed with your company.   I have spent thousands of dollars at your company and they want to argue over $14.]]></description>
