  1. I have tried to contact you though the corporate office email address, but to no avail. So I am writing here. I need a customer representative to reach out to my as soon as possible. My phone number is 6543899xxxx.

  2. I would like to know if there is an alternative customer help phone number that i can call. The customer service phone number on your website did not work for me, I only got an automated message.

  3. Cannot believe the incompetence of this company! For 5 weeks have provided EVERY required document x 2 for a home loan and they still cannot get it straight. Would NOT recommend dealing with this company. They simply cannot make a simple loan; do not bother. I’ve proved income, investments, property, business income, descriptions, land dealings, bank information, savings info, perfect credit scores & it’s still not enough! I am elderly & have money they won’t accept. Very poor & frustrating company to try to do business with.

  4. Today, 6-1-18 I went to Arvest bank in 1801 W walnut St, Rogers ar. I talked to two employees and they yelled at me for not speaking English. I was so shocked that a bank would treat a person like this it was just. I speak Spanish and English but I’m more comfortable speaking English. I went up to them and I thought they would speak Spanish but then after this all happen I talked to a manger about it.
