I went to AutoZone at 2900 Covinton Pike, Memphis, Tn. I needed a battery, so the lady came out and checked my battery. She said it’s bad and walk back into the store. I let my hood down and went into the store. When I got in there she was on the phone laughing and talking with another employee. I asked her are going to get my battery, she said “when I get off the phone”, I said don’t worry about and left. I know it was another employee because they talking about work and what time they could come in. Then she started having a conversation about something else laughing loud while I’m standing there waiting for her to get my battery. Customer comes first. Don’t get nasty and smart with me when I’m spending my money. I went to another one and got my battery. A very nice young man help me out.
