5 Reviews and Complaints for Banner Health Arizona Headquarters

  1. I want to file a complaint but seems like the people are morons and can’t even answer simple questions, Aldo threatened to hang up on my because I got upset because he did not listen to what I was telling him, he was covering for them that I complained about yesterday and today I go for my regular appt and just like magic my appts disappeared and they couldn’t even find my orders I feel it was the women in billing and or corporate also she wouldn’t give me her name or else I would identify her via her name, but she told me that she would look into it, all of a sudden I’m out..

  2. I have a complaint against Dr Jerry Realing at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, WY, specifically. Though it seems since banner health took over Wyo med Center, all of the staff’s attitudes, mannerisms, and over all respect for patients, is much much worse. I don’t know if they’re just not happy with the change or what it is, but apparently, the patients are not priority.
Dr Jerry Realing treated me with so much disrespect and no concern for my well being so much that I left the ER without being treated last night. I read on the portal what he wrote about the encounter, and he did not take any responsibility for what he was saying to me and how he was. I didn’t leave for no reason. He caused me to leave because apparently he “doesn’t diagnose or treat thyroid issues,” and doesn’t understand why I was told to go to the ER. However, he wasn’t trying to understand. He kept interrupting me and didn’twant to hear what I had to say. Weather Drs know or not, or care or not, the glands of our bodies are essential for survival. Therefore if they’re not functioning properly, this could be life threatening….AKA an EMERGENCY. But me having a tough time swallowing even pills, because of my neck swelling, I assume it’s my thyroid. And occasion of not breathing well because of the swelling, isn’t urgent enough to be seen at the ER for it. Even though I went the route of my primary physician on Thursday, and he was out of the office Friday, and he too was not concerned enough to do anything more for me, though on the patient portal he diagnosed me with hypothyroidism, from a couple blood labs he took, but not a whole thyroid panel. So I talked to the nurse at my endocrinologist office, and had just found out that he doesn’t work there anymore. So when literally nobody will help you, where else are you supposed to go? Dr Realing did not have any care or concern and not only do I not have to subject myself to that kind of treatment, but I don’t trust my life in the hands of a doctor who has no concern for how he’s acting towards me. If he doesn’t like his job that much, then maybe he shouldn’t be a doctor. He has caused me to never want to go back there. Even if I’m dying I will travel to Douglass’s ER, before stepping foot in there again for treatment. I will also be filing a formal complaint on this.

    1. it’s the same in phx az worst people running it, the nursing staff is excellent but the higher ups don’t give a darn making the hospital fill with low moral

  3. How do I contact you by email or live chat? I have tried the Headquarters phone number but I am unable to get through to a real live person in the weekend.

  4. This used to be a good company, until you have a problem. Then you find out that it is really hard to get through to a customer service representative, especially out of normal office hours, which is the only time I am available.
