There was a strip/piece of plastic between 2 slices of chopped ham when I made a sandwich. I only notice while I was eating and the plastic was in my mouth. This could have ended very badly if I had swallowed it. Please respond asap.

My complaint is that it is too difficult to get through to customer support department. I tried several ways, email, phone and finally got through on the customer hotline.
