					<description><![CDATA[Went tonight to Burger King on hosmer Street in Tacoma with my 88-year-old mother we&#039;ve been on the road doing all kinds of stuff today and she was hungry cuz she&#039;s a diabetic so we went through the line tonight about 6:00 this is Saturday and we get all the way home and Mom opens the bag and says where is her food and I said I don&#039;t know should be in there I looked on the receipt called the people and they seem to be so illiterate and knowing anything to do I said you know I&#039;m going to call corporate office and I&#039;ll just let them know what happened and she said to me well they&#039;re not going to do anything they&#039;re just going to say we got to take care of it anyway I am one pissed daughter my 88 year old mother doesn&#039;t get to eat so I had to cut my sandwich in half to give her and then they said well you can come back and get one and I said oh no that&#039;s not how it works I&#039;m not coming all the way there and waste my gas and out of my way and then you&#039;re just going to give me my burger I told him to give my name in a book and my phone number and then this girl answered the phone and she was asked my name and then she disappeared and then all of a sudden I waited and another guy got on the phone because what can I help you with him I had to tell him the story and he said his name is Lonnie I asked him what his name was and he had a thing for a minute anyway I just think someone needs to call me I think it&#039;s rude how they&#039;re handling people I work hard for my money it&#039;s not cheap to eat out anymore and then you get home and everything you pay for is not there this is ridiculous somebody needs to get a hold of me my phone number is 253-363-xxxx]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[My husband and I stopped at Burger King in Harmarville, PA on 12/28/2022 about 4:00 PM.  We were the only customers in the store at the time.  We both had a burger and the bun was so soggy it fell apart when you tried to eat it.  There were 5 or 6 employees standing around talking and laughing instead of cleaning the dirty tables and sweeping the trash on the floor.  We were so hungry for a good burger but we left very disappointed.  We definitely will not be stopping there again.  We passed up several other places to go there as the last time we were at a different Burger King it was excellent.]]></description>

I then googled the email address listed on the back of the receipt, but didn’t follow through when they asked for my credit card. I called the 800 number that was also listed on the receipt, but I was told I couldn’t get my money back unless I downloaded their app. So I just disputed the credit card charge. Some companies just hire people who make bad business choices. She could have just mailed me a ten dollar coupon and I would  have been content. So I am writing this review to tell you to either go to another fast food  place like White Castle (great nutritional value compared to Burger King) or eat at home! That Neptune Burger King should be closed down.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Hello I am Harlan Lawson. I have gone to the BK in Georgetown at 100 River Oaks Cove twice in the last 5 weeks for lunch. I ordered the Impossible with cheese both times. The first time I was charges a dollar for cheese but didn&#039;t get it on my sandwich. The sencond time I returned and ordered the same thing and told the lady at the window about not getting cheese on my last  sandwich. She said she was sorry and that happens a lot. But no offer to make it right. When I got my food and arrived back to work again no cheese and a dollar charge on my bill. So, I went back today (10/11/2022) and ordered my meal and when asked if I wanted cheese, I told the man that the last 2 times I have not gotten cheese and I wanted to have the 2 dollars worth of cheese put on todays sandwich. He said he messed up the order and to pull forward to the first window. So I did. He opened the window and said &quot;I don&#039;t believe you, we wouldn&#039;t have left the cheese off twice and if you want cheese you will have to pay for it.&quot; I said are you calling me a liar?&quot; He said &quot;yes, you&#039;re lying, we didn&#039;t leave the chesse off.&quot; I said so your calling me a liar and refusing to give me a refund or the cheese?&quot; He said &quot;You&#039;re lying and you can leave I don&#039;t need your business.&quot; I told him &quot; That&#039;s fine I will never come back here again, but you need to apologize for calling me a liar&quot; he refused and told me to leave and never come back. He then shut the window and flipped down a locking bar. I motioned for him to come back to the window and told him to appoligize and he said &quot;I have cars waiting you need to leave, I can&#039;t hear you&quot; I asked for an apology again. Another cook opened the winow and I asked for the rude man&#039;s name he said &quot;Pepe or Pedro, I called the cops and they are coming for you.&quot; I was in no way out of line and did not raise my voice. This employee or manager needs to be retrained on how to handle customers.  I can&#039;t believe I was treat so poorly for 2 slices of cheese that I had already paid for. I didn&#039;t even have a chance to show him the photo that I took of the second sandwich that they left the cheese off of. I am so mad at how I was treated that I feel like posting it on my social media accounts and going over to the street in front of the location and holding up signs telling people to eat somewhere else. I worked for BK years ago and spent years as a manager at Sonic and other businesses. Never would I have been so rude to anyone and I would have fired any of my manager that treat customers in such a way. Unfortunately I will never return to that location and since I work at a church here in Georgetown I will tell all of our employees and members to eat at other restaurants. The next BK is 5 miles away and there are a ton of other places that value customers between here and there.
