Good company, I have one small complaint though: It would be great if they had a chat function or online email form where you could easily contact a customer service representative.

I did not have a the greatest experience with contacting the corporate office. They seem to be a bit annoyed with dealing with customers, so I recommend that everyone contacts customer service directly through their phone number or contact them on Facebook.

I AM CONTACTING YOU TO LET YOU KNOW THERE IS A BOX IN MY YARD..LAYING OFF OF THE WIRES..SCREWS ARE ON THE GROUND'' PIPE SHOWING '' 2 OF YOUR MEN CAME 2 WEEKS AGO'' ON A FRIDAY OR SATURDAY' I DON'T KNOW WHY...BUT THEY TOOK ALL THIS STUFF LOOSE '' AND LEFT IT' AND I CALLED THE PASCAGOULA OFFICE AND SPOKE WITH SOME ONE WHO SAID THEIR NAME WAS MICHAEL'' HE SAID HE WOULD SEE ABOUT IT THAT WAS 2 WEEKS AGO''... I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM..HIM...AND NOBODY.. I'M SORRY I WILL HAVE TO CALL THE LOCAL POLICE AND LOCAL NEWS MEDIA IF THIS MATTER IS NOT HANDLED'' WE HAVE A LOT OF VERY SMALL KIDS WHO PLAY IN THIS AREA'' I AM AFRAID THEY WILL GET ELECTROCUTED''..IT'S EXPOSED TOTALLY'!! THE KIDS WILL BE GETTING OUT WEDNESDAY FOR CHRISTMAS BREAK'' I'M NOT GOING TO WAIT UNTIL ONE IS KILLED BEFORE I CALL THE POLICE AND NEWS MEDIA '' I AM TELLING HEADQUARTERS OF CABLE BEFORE I GO ANY FURTHER''.. I WILL MAKE FURTHER CONTACT WITH HIGHER AUTHORITIES IN 24- 48 HOURS'.. I PRAY THIS MATTER CAN BE TAKEN CARE OF BY SOMEONE IN YOU LOCAL OFFICE SOON'... THE LOCAL OFFICE IS ONLY 7-10 MILES AWAY'' I DON'T KNOW WHY NOBODY EVER CAME'' IT'S SAD.. THANK YOU'
