I think my previous acct is locked and affecting my new checking acct.  If you can&#039;t help me get online without a cell phone, I have no branch office near me.  I will have to close the acct. Recently July 20th it finally happened to me. and they charged me 25+interest because the payment I made through my 360 checking was frozen. And now they refused to send me a new card, and try and fix every mistake they made. I&#039;m speechless. Because I had such great experience with COB in the past. I also asked to get two late payment removed from my credit accounts and was also told that couldn’t happen I have been a customer for years and I am so disappointed with your ability to work with me to make the changes I need to keep you as my primary card that I will make a change in how I deal with your company. Thanks for not helping me.]]></description>

It has taken me 48 hours to do this. very inefficient and if my credit card was stolen you would have a lot of charges to suck up. Target organization was much easier to deal with at least I could talk to .at least they spoke understandable english I&#039;m just wondering why I should continue to do business with a walmart card. The manager in which I spoke with did not really want to assist me or answer my questions and she more or less told me I could call back for a different agent/Manager but kept repeating a automated and generic answer to my questions and inquiries regarding overall protocol]]></description>
