					<description><![CDATA[Just came home from an early diner with friends. I ordered steak with fried shrimp, carrots and red beans and rice. When our orders came out me order was completely wrong. Came out ribs and grilled shrimp with fries. Server took it back while the other 2 people eat their meal I waited by the time they were done mine came out wrong again. This time shrimp was grilled, no red beans and rice and no carrots. The other people said that their not sure they will come back.disappointed . This was in Port Charlotte, Florida. Eric L. Was the server.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I have a serious complaint. I went to Elizabethtown Kentucky because I work in healthcare and I just got off work to eat. I met my significant other there. We sat down and my glassware was filthy that I was drinking out of and disgusted me.My server was decent! I had to ask for six to eight utensils because they were all dirty so I finally went up to the hostess and asked for some clean glass I mean clean utensils.My plates and my bowl was disgusting. my food was cold and so was my significant other. I could not eat the food I took it home to my dog and my dog would not even eat it. I am very disgusted with this place. The health department needs to be brought in there very disgusting]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I called the Danville KY Cheddars to place a to go order and was placed on hold by a not so professional person and 6 minutes later someone finally came back on the phone and said, I am placing you on hold &quot;to get someone&quot;, then 4 minutes later I finally hung up and called back and ask for a manager and the to go bartender said, he had been too busy to take my order and that he could now take it.  He was very nice and it&#039;s totally unfair to place him in that position when someone else should be in charge of take out orders.  I told him I just needed to speak to the actual manager.  The assistant manager came on the phone and stated we are really short staffed and we are doing the best we can do.  I asked him why the person that answered the telephone couldn&#039;t take the order.  He said, they are not trained and they could mess up your order.  He just the same as said, the people that are answering the telephone are stupid!    We order take out from this location often and this was ridiculous today.  He said, he could take my order however, I told him my husband said, he wouldn&#039;t eat here now.  I wouldn&#039;t say anything today but, this is the 2nd time on a weekend that I have had this same issue.  I am a patient person and thru the pandemic I continued to try and support this restaurant and then two orders in a row were so messed up I stopped going until recently.  The last two orders I picked up over the last two weeks were excellent and then today, well enough said.  I guess I will go back to your competitor across the street for my Salmon dinners.  I understand being short handed because I work with the public every day of the week and I mean 7 days a week, I manage 46 employees.  I understand hiring is a nightmare however, in order to keep the doors open it&#039;s all hands on deck.  I have never had an issue with the servers they are awesome.  I will take a break and I may be back in a few months to give it another try.  Shame because I really like your food.  Thanks and have a blessed day!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Visited Cheddars in Colorado Springs and extremely disappointed.  I’ve went to this restaurant in multiple states and this was worse experience.   Very few people at restaurant around 2pm on a Monday.  Waited about 45 min for food and when it arrived 4 of the 6 had cold food, not like warm, but cold.  Wanted to pass this along as I know this is not normal.  Did not see a manager around for help]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I used curbside pickup today to go to Cheddar&#039;s. I got my order and went home just to find out that my rice was missing. I called back up to the restaurant and they said they had my rice. I asked the employee could I be compensated with a dessert or something she said no we can&#039;t do that. so, I get to the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager the manager did not come outside but sent an extra container of rice I did not want rice rice came with my entree plus I had gotten a side of rice I did not need any more. I felt like because I was inconvenienced I had gotten all the way home and had to come all the way back to Cheddar&#039;s she should have given me a dessert. not only that, the manager didn&#039;t even apologize to me. I was treated like , oh well, we messed up and you will not be compensated for our mistake. maybe I&#039;m just old school but back in the days managers compensated when the restaurant was in the wrong. the food was good as always but the service was terrible and I am very disappointed]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Ate at your Danville Cheddars server was nice but he was bar tending n tables so it was slower than it should have been ask for Ribs and was told didn’t have any that’s at 5:30pm so order a steak med well was well done an seasoned way to much so it had a salty taste baked potatoe was cold had salad it wasn’t that great was out of stuff to put on it brought wrong dressing so this has happened before I have family that have had the same complaint’s so don’t know if we well ever bracket an that’s sad because we liked it there.]]></description>
