I had a problem with payment, credit card expired and it took ages to get it sorted out. The people in the customer service department are nice though.

I called three times to hear a recording. Cigna has a co. for hearing aids that are crooks. Be Ware. Hearing aids was $22,00. They charged my credit card $76,000 plus Be Ware. First year to have them help pay for glasses. Don`t won`t to pay. Go into hospital have to pay up front, $300.00 Can`t choose your dr. Use theirs for my heart. Be ware. Poor ins.
