I purchased a cold stone gift card at Walmart , lost it . I’ve been calling the numbers of your headquarters , customer service yet haven’t gotten any help. The people I speak with want the card number I don’t have I’ve spent hours trying to speak to someone so they can cancel the card. No luck at all.

Stockton, CA Lincoln Center the girls are so rude in there, if they worked for me I would fire all of them! No customer service skills at all. I went in and ordered 2 shakes I was told we are not making shakes, I said why ? and rudely I was told cuz we have no blenders….she just didn’t want to make them. That was not the first time they have been rude. Everytime I go in there, and other people are saying it to.

I received 2 gifts for ice cream at cold stone. The problem is this the local cold stone here in Dover De. will not accept the gift certificates for ice cream because they were purchased in Maryland. I don’t want to have to travel to Maryland for a cup of ice cream. Can you help me with this please I would appreciate it very much.
