I ordered a laptop from Walmart back in July of 2025. The very same day, I was in an auto accident and told them to cancel the order when I came back home that day. Walmart said it was too late to cancel. I advised them NOT to ship the laptop to my house and I had applied for a loan from Affirm. I called Affirm to cancel the loan. They refused to cancel the loan. Walmart delivered the package and I refused to touch it. They told me to bring it back but I have mobility issues and told them to come and get it that it would still be on my porch. They refused to do that. I let the package remain on my porch and it is NOW gone. Walmart accepted Affirm’s money and Affirm wants me to pay them back for something I do not have and didn’t want and tried to cancel. Now Affirm is hurting my credit score by reporting missed payments. I have complained to Walmart, to Affirm, and even to the carrier for Walmart as I tried to get them to not deliver the package. It is now December. I believe Walmart is the perpetrator of this mess but Affirm has become a conspirator.

Hello, I am an exclusive CVS shopper. Today, I needed to pick up amoxicillin for my toddler granddaughter who has strep. I was at the CVS Frazier on Lancaster Ave. It wa a horrible experience that I have never had before. I drove up to one of the two parking slots for prescription pick up. Apparently it was a Covid testing lane and I did not see that sign. I heard the automated greeting that someone would be with me. After five minutes, I rang the bell, no response. I saw they were busy. Finally after 15 minutes, I rang the bell again and they told me I was in the wrong line and to move over. When I looked over, there were four cars lined up, when there had been none before. They would not take me in that line. I was so angry about being ignored and was upset and told them I would not mind waiting my turn but this was wrong. Then, I had to hear how busy they were and overworked, which is very unprofessional. Then was told my medicine was in CVS Berwyn, which it was not. Thought you should be aware of this.

A employee off the clock threaten a working disabled employee on the job with death and is still employed at Wendy’s no management called kpd and further actions will pursue since no one wants to step up.
