I have a complaint about your customer service. I think there is definite room for improvement. I had to wait a long time on old to get through on the customer support phone number.
My complaint: I had an issue with my last order, and they make it really difficult to get through to a real live person on their customer service phone number.
When a store manger changes the return and price adjustment policy and make an original Receipt a mandatory to do so which you have a record of it on your system i see it wrong in all levels and as A customer for years I don’t appreciate that at all.

To whom it may concerns,
I was at Costco in sequim today and I over head a check out person. Complaining to customers about her home life and making me very uncomfortable. I am sure you are not aloud to bring rude comments to a work place.
Her name was Breanna Madan it was about 10:30 am 4/2/2022.
