I went in to buy a certified Rogue in Feb. 2021. The finance person lied about what was covered under the expensive warranty and sold me a service plan that is more expensive than if I paid out of pocket. Also told me I had an extra 100,000 mile warranty. Then said road hazzard was cover on my tires and rims. All lies, I cancelled my Warranty and service in April and cannot get anyone to call me back on the status of my refund.

I did not have a the greatest experience with contacting the corporate office. They seem to be a bit annoyed with dealing with customers, so I recommend that everyone contacts customer service directly through their phone number or contact them on Facebook.

I have an issue i need to discuss with the customer service department. I am going to send you an official letter by mail. I would suggest, however, that you publish an official customer support email address that customers can email for correspondence.
