I have been trying w/ cox to get a phone number ported to my land line.this has been going on since January and I keep being told another 5=days. This has happened numerous times. I cannot do the work, your people have to. Are they inept or can’t handle?

My apt is on E3 block for the last week. We just bought this condo in scottsdale and are punished by cox for owning it. We do not owe you any money. We went to your store with proof of ownership and our licenses where you took copies of it and send to the fraud division. We are waiting for service and you are doling it up.

Dear corporate complaint office! It is most upsetting, and I mean upsetting for my family including others I know that can’t deal with the changes you made for “Search” ! Why it was changed is confusing. It was enough poking each alphabet to begin with but now cox research and development team thought it was a good idea to make it worse by using the phone dial system board. As a seniors we spend more time using this process than it’s worth and no we all can’t all afford the plan to talk to the remote. Please convert the original alpha search keypad.
I really dislike the updated version. I can’t be the only one complaining.

My complaint is that it is too difficult to get through to customer support department. I tried several ways, email, phone and finally got through on the customer hotline.
