  1. On Feb 7, we inadvertently sent you an electronic payment of $3,309.33 which was intended for another company. We have been trying to get you to return the credit balance since then. On Feb 13 and Mar 14 you deducted our payment without our authorization and we currently have a credit balance of $3,008.02. We have contacted both of your customer service sights. The first said we would get a check, but don’t count on it any time soon. The second group told us we needed to proved proof that we sent the money and wanted a screen print of the bank statement. Do you know of any bank that would electronically send money if it wasn’t in the account. We do not give our banking information to anyone. You posted the payment so you already have want you need to give us our money. We want a check or an electronic credit to our account NOW.

  2. Someone is calling telling me that vox sent to pick up the equipment because I cancel cox. I call cox to see if they did send Someone they said they don’t do that but have a notice saying they dud send Someone and they left a note at the door. I went to my door an no note was left. Is this a scam so people can get into your home, if not your company needs to let people know that they will schedule a appointment with the customer. This is one of the reason along with the prices keep going up I left them, your company is getting messy. Shame on you

  3. Trying since Friday to get a answer to a simple question when will we get service back.No one can seem to know the answer

  4. I have been dealing with a problem of my phone not working since 2020 of March due to Covid Cox keeps billing me for it I do not want phone service since it is broken and I just want my money back this is very bad customer service
    It hasn’t worked they could not come in our house because of Covid I kept telling them I do not want it it doesn’t work I am paying for phone they I don’t want and doesn’t work and they cannot take a hint our Bill just went up in price again this is so bogus and fraud I am writing the better business bureau
    I cannot get any where with customer service or the loyalty program I should not have to pay for something I do not have that is fraud I called in and called in only one person promised it would be taken off it was and then put it right back on our Bill wish I could talk to Corporate but they make it impossible the lower level customer service act like they can do nothing I am really upset because Covid has done ALL OF THIS HOW CAN I GET A HUMAN TO TAKE OFF OUR PHONE AND GIVE OUR MINEY BACK
    I want my money back due to Covid and Cox it is BS THEY DO NOTHING TO HELP ME!

  6. I have been calling the corportate office phone number, but I only get an automated message. So I would like to know how I get through to a real live human.

  7. I have been trying to have Easy Pay as my way to pay the cable bill each month.
    The format letter I’m being sent,doesn’t give appropriate
    direction as to what is necessary to accomplish. I have gone to my Credit Union for the Account Number. I didn’t put my credit card number on this form because of the high rate of theft. The October 30th,2018 does have every source of funds I have. Please help me get this service NOW! Ihave been a customer for 35 years.
