This is Brian Ernest Hayward, and Unemployment assistance recipient. I want to know when I will get my Check.
Please Give me a call, as I have tried several times to contact you regarding my unemployment insurance. My Name is Brian Hayward. Last 4 Digits SS is XXX-XX-xxxx. My Phone number is 912-373-xxx. I am in Dire Need. Bills are Mounting. My letter said that I have been found to be unemployed through no fault of my own. Since the decission to extend benefits, I want to kow when will my benefits start coming. I have consistently certified for more than 6 weeks now, Please contact me to let me know when benefits will commence.
