					<description><![CDATA[Dell Computer Pro-Support is a waste of time and money. They assigned me a resolution manager Jeffery Hall who has done nothing to solve the issue that I have with the purchase of my computer. I have sent him at least 6 emails which he has ignored. When I call Pro-support everyone there says it is Mr. Hall&#039;s case and that there is nothing that they can do. The customer support system set up by Dell is a joke. All it does is give them an excuse to do nothing .]]></description>
