I ordered food online Thursday night apparently Dennys was closed but my order went through and they charged my card $67.00 and when I went to pick up the food closed! I have called for 3 days now and have gotten different stories on what is happening with my refund all I want is money back

So I am a private investigator and a chef and have been for 6 years and I order from dennys all the time and the manager of a Wichita texas dennys was very rude to me and my damn and I have been racially profiled and disrespect d for no reason and on top of that got my order wrong if I don’t here from some by Tuesday I will take it the news social medias and etc I would just like a word this ladies boss that’s all

Dennys location at 32159, The Villages, FL. On this date allowed non-service dog to be in restaurant during business hours, dog urinated in floor and employees had to clean up. I believe FL Laws stipulates that Special permitting is required to allow animals in outside dining only, with the exception of properly identified service animal based on State or Federal designation! This notice is also being forwarded to local agencies for follow up!

Went to Dennys in Jackson Ca. last night and it was terrible everything about it was terrible,the service the food, everything..The waitress was so rude,my boyfriend asked her very nicely what the choices of the sides were of the meal he wanted to order and instead of telling him she grabbed the menu from him and flipped the page open and pointed to the side choices which he could not read anyway because the print was to small! I wanted to smack her myself but instead I smiled and read him his choices.I ordered the senior breakfast that came with pancakes and scrambled eggs and 2 sausage & 2 bacon. Then we order the appetizer onion rings to have before our meal which is suppose to be served with ranch dressing. Well we got our appetizer with our meals (without the ranch) and she was not happy when I asked for it! My boyfriends chicken fried steak was burnt and hard and the gravy was flavorless,his corn looked as if it was days old,and his bread came at the end when we were done. My pancakes were ok (but you can’t really ruin pancakes) but the bacon & sausage were almost raw & cold and my eggs were not scrabbled they looked like a flat dry plain open omelette ,very unappetizing. we could not even eat half of what we ordered and to top it off I ended up getting up and finding my own to go box to take the reminder of the food home to our dogs because once our so called rude ass waitress brought our food to the table we never saw her again! And it’s not like the place was busy besides us there was one other table! Ruined our night out that we only do maybe once every couple of months so thanks Dennys and the xty waitress & cook!! Rude Rude Rude!Never Again.

My boyfriend and I just left the Denny’s in Jackson Ca.,It was one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. The service was awful,the food was awful, the whole thing was just terrible. It was sad because we do not go out very often so it was very disappointing to have just a bad experience. The waitress was rude from the moment she came to the table,she took our order,brought our order and we never saw her again,and it was very slow not busy at all. Our appetizer came with our meal,did not come with the sauce it was suppose to come with had to find the waitress to ask for it,which did not make her happy. all of the food tasted terrible and we are not hard people to please I swear. But it was bad.So I paid almost $40 for food we could not even finish and had to get our own box to take the food that was left home to our dogs.

Excellent service!
“Isael” – a very young man, was running the whole front of the house at Denny’s on North Fremont Street in Moneray, CA. My family was so impressed with him and his hard work. Very friendly too! We just left the restaurant and had to write to let you know what a fabulous employee you have!
