To Dick’s CEO :
I was very surprised and disappointed that the Las Vegas Dicks Sporting Goods in the Mall on the strip. They do not honor or discount anything for veterans. The cashier told me that only on the holiday . I’m here in Las Vegas Memorial weekend. I am the President and CEO of Sacramento baseball, here for the Memorial Day MSBL National Tournament. I also am a former Marine SGT. I have the veteran status on my California license. He said well maybe they do give the discount in CA but not here in Nevada. I have always received a veteran discount in California. This used to be the status with Home Depot but they now have changed it to year around once you prove you are a veteran. I would like to see Dicks do the same. I hope one day to get Dicks to sponsor Sacramento MSBL. We hold huge charity tournaments and would welcome a partnership. This year the Father/ Son Tournament will benefit Dogs 4 Diabetic’s . The Capital City Labor Day Tournament will benefit ( COPS ) Concerns of Police Survivors . This is a State Tournament.

I am having such a hard time with this company for the past few months. Pulling up a receipt from the store even though I have provided all the info. The manager Greg is always out of the store. Customer services will constantly place you on hold and give you some lame answers. This is ridiculous.

Unable to retrieve my three gift cards that were on my dicks app called several times over a week now and nothing has been done to retrieve them unacceptable. They keep telling me they’re working on it.

Its a problem for me that the company is not open all days in calender year. I know that everyone are entitled to their holidays, but you could atleast have a skeleton customer service phone number that is open on weekends and at all public holidays.
