I read o line if we don’t have receipt , we could still bring item back and trade for other items in store! However the item was 20$ and the manager said she could only give me 10$ credit! Still packaged like I purchased!

Yes you charged me 87.00 for forty boxes of grape drink mix that one I never got only got 14 boxes somone else payed for them with there credit card I never it shows on receipt please give me my money back and. Find out who did this

I called from Texas and was connected to a gentleman named Ross. I expect to speak with someone from the U.S. I put the call on speaker phone and neither my wife or myself could understand anything that he was saying. Terrible customer service!

On Thursday evening June 8 2023 I was using self check out. It showed an incomplete transaction of $5 a change on screen. Employee said it was all right to use a touched screen. I rang my purchase up $10.02 cents. I put $5.00 in self checkout at which this time I was told it couldn’t accept cash. Another worker came over a took my name down an amount said to come back when manager was there she couldn’t refund money. I paid another way for purchase that was $10.02 that I actually had $15 in. Went back today same two employees was told they were only over $1.00 that day a the only other person used a $20.00. Remember I said it was showing a $5 a change purchase on screen when I was told to use it. I was told I couldn’t have used a $5.00 as it was only a $1.00 over. Told again to come back a talk to management as she can’t refund my money. You have cameras on self check out review the tape. I live within 1 mile of 2 different stores which is very convenient. But I don’t like being accused of lying or making special trips as I work days a won’t be there in mgrs time. Just want you to know I told the employee guess they just made $5.00 an I won’t be back. Kroger just down the road

I have been to your store in townville sc 4 days this week customers have to wait to purchase items till clerk comes in from sitting in front of store. Customers have to walk around employees friends that are hanging around clerks outside. Garbage can hasn’t been emptied in 4 days same trash overflowing . Clerks act like they are doing customers a go or by getting up and waiting on them. Poor management.! We have started going to another dollar general further away. . Some body needs to keep a check on this store!

I frequented the Dollar General in Newton Illinois, made my selections and headed to the self checkout as there was a line of three people and one cashier at the checkout. I purchase a sale item that didn’t ring up correctly. I as the girl, Alyssa whom I assume is a manager if the register took off the sale. Rudely with a poor attitude she said it does not and you will have to check out at the other register. Now two more people has gotten in the line in front of me. She said I would have to wait. Rolled her eyes and with a horrible attitude said I was rude. I only came in to the store to purchase items which I needed. If you self check out does not take the items you are advertising you should put a sign up letting customers know. This store is known for poor customer service, poor cleanliness and corporate should check in entrance as a falling hazard. Please check out the management team at this store. I appreciate any feedback. Thanks
