My complaint is dunken donuts need to open their doors to the public not just have the drive thru open i drive truck and its not right for us cause we cant drive thru with a cmv…. if the store open then serve for ppl who can go threw the drive thru… its not fair

I have a complaint about a dunkin employee @ Seasons Dunkin in West Dennis Ma she was very rude and had a lot to say once i left. and now wen i come back she does my order on wrong on purpose . if she that miserable at dunkin she shouldn’t be in that line of work period .

WORST visit EVER! Store#339744 CHK #5595VERY HOT INSIDE , I order my food ,after the lady in front of me. So not too long, lady gets her food, so I’m upNext. Waiting at pickup counter, and WAITING, and WAITING! And watching at least 5 cars go thru drive thru. Finally one of employees asks for my order. So she takes a look at my receipt, and says “ oh” first time she saw of my order and proceeded to make it. hasbrowns we’re mushy, I asked for ketchup, they don’t have any! Really?? I asked for mayo, nope, don’t have that either. Needless to say…not happy about ANYTHING in this location ,a manager, (says her first day) comes up to me at my table I’m sitting at (again, very hot in this franchise) I told her what I’m telling you, she really didn’t say much, I say” I’m just calling corporate “ she says there was some other manager here At that point, I just wanted to eat my sandwich and MUSHY hash browns and get out of there! Another thing I noticed as I was waiting so long at the counter was ALL THE LONG HAIR (( hair was pulled back in some kind of a ponytail tail) but the long ponytail down to their waist was still very loose. Needless to say….. I would think twice about returning to that franchise!

Went to the store on Roxboro rd. The lady didn’t act like she wanted to work. She was rude, did not give us a receipt or even a thank you. Wont go back to that store.

I just stood at the Duncan Doughnuts counter for 10 Solid minutes being completely ignored by the staff. How rude.

The D, 118 Main St., Chatham, NJ tired to charge me, a paying customer of coffee and apple crumb, when I asked for a cup of ice $1.00, register said ‘cup of water’ I refused–BAD, BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND CHEAP

I am a long time Dunkin customer
The staff at the Dunkin store on New County Rd Thomaston, ME are not allowed to receive tips
This Management policy needs to be changed
That staff works hard and customers are sometimes rude and demanding
These employees should be able to receive a little extra reward for their hard work and dedication
Change this policy for these employees
With summer and tourist season upon us this staff could use an extra boost
