I purchased 2 tickets for the Alamo theater... the day I showed up the theater was closed for employee appreciation day. Talked to 4 people who forwarded the info ..verified the theater was closed and still denied me a refund. I was not the only one either .

Complaint on supervisor Francisco Baez’s of Fandango. Doesn’t solve problems! Scam like site experience on Fandango site. There was a worldwide credit card issue with Visa and they knew it!

I ordered tickets and somehow the movie theatre location changed before I purchased and I purchased tickets for a theater three hours away. Fandango policy is that they will refund or exchange tickets up to movie start time. I requested refund/exchange at 8:36pm for a movie that started at 8:40pm and received automated decline stating I could not get a refund because it has to be done before the movie starts….which it was. The movie attendant is witness to the theater I went to (thinking my tickets were for it) which is 3 hours from that one, as well as what time I was there and clicked refund. If I don’t receive a refund that is theft. I paid money and received nothing.

Fandango has a 401(k) retirement account of mine and I have not been able to contact anyone at the company. It’s my money. I need to talk to someone about it. What gives?

I’m so upset with the refund process If you verify that a purchase was a mistake confirmation number never used at the movies then what’s the issue Asking for fandango credit towards future purchase This is the worst resolution from a company that I’ve seen in quite some time Really reconsidering another website to purchase movie tickets if this isn’t resolved If I need to go to the BBB to file a complaint then so be it

Conf number A0208577623 Tried to cancel prior to shwotime but website was so slow that I couldnt Tried to contact customer service but said it was to late Not looking for a refund just a credit on the cared to use later Please advise
