As an employee, I would like to say that it is generally a good company to work for. I wish there would be an easy way to see my opcoming schedule online though or a way to contact Human Resources through an app for example out of hours.
Its a problem for me that the company is not open all days in calender year. I know that everyone are entitled to their holidays, but you could atleast have a skeleton customer service phone number that is open on weekends and at all public holidays.
I took a package to FedEx on Dec 3 2020 it was to be delivered on Jan 2 I had to change the delivery date to the 10th they said that was no problem then I see it said it was delivered on the 2nd when I called they told me it was scanned by mistake it will be delivered on the 10th asked what was in package I told them they gave me a number said it was a confirmation number the package wasn’t delivered when I called first they told me it was delivered to wrong address told me to call back in 2 days I called now its a lost package had to talk to driver after calling over and over the said it was under investigation they told to fill out a claim it was a lost package filled out claim said didn’t get it so they said they would fill it out while I was on phone gave me another number didn’t get filed call again same thing over and over finally said it was filed sent receipts said they got them its under investigation 7-10 days same thing again someone name dawn emailed me sent her everything talked to a Jesse Christy and can’t keep count of how many other still nothing they will call not once has anybody called me it is Feb 12th now still nothing the package was insured for 3500 the cost is 3200+all I get is the run around is this how fedx dose business find out what’s in a package then its lost you need to screen your employees better sound like they have a scam going on stealing stuff when they find out what’s in them doubt this will do any good had to try sound like this happens a lot from reading all the complaints
