I dont usually complain but here is my review: Decent company in general until there is a problem. I had a problem with payment, credit card expired and it took ages to get it sorted out. The people in the customer service department are nice though.
I want to sent a complaint to the appropiate HQ department. Is the corporate office mail address listed here the correct masil address to post my complaint to? Thank you.
I live in the Nady community about 10 miles south of Tichnor, AR 72166. Just within the last week we have been without power twice, once for a downed wire and apparently a broken piece of equipment. Because of this we were unable to have church services Sunday – outage from 9:25 until about noon. Again, yesterday we were without power, although for not as long a period. This happens frequently and it seems it may be due to old equipment. This community is home to several senior adults who desperately need to have power. For some it means no heat at all, for others lack of phone service, etc. We pay our bills on a regular and timely basis and have never, to my knowledge been given any credit for outages. This is a serious problem and needs to be handled by the corporate office. Thanks for listening, but we DO need some action.
