Recent ER visit with my husband it was the most awful experience ever .He went in after a
Softball accident hurt his knee was hurting we sat for two hours in the waiting room. The staff at the window as you walk in registration I guess were very rude and talking loud everyone could hear there conversations .I am in the medical file and I was extremely disappointed.We went across town and he was seen pretty quickly only around 30 minutes and received excellent care .He has to probably have surgery on this knee awaiting some more test .I just wanted to express my concerns with this .

Missed my appt by 3 hrs due unable to register until 31 minutes past my appt. time. Need help or more effeciency one.

This used to be a good company, until you have a problem. Then you find out that it is really hard to get through to a customer service representative, especially out of normal office hours, which is the only time I am available.
