My name is Loretta Chee. I was seen in the Dental Clinic today. I have anxiety issues coming to the dentist and I wrote on my form today addressing my anxiety about dental issues. Mr. Tidwell, dentist, gave the meds to numb me and it worked just fine. Up until he was ready to pull my molar in the back, he pulled it and I could still feel the pain and the nerve. It hurt so bad that I grabbed his arm. Then Tidwell got very upset with me and raised his voice at me. He said Don’t ever pull my arm! Then he said, Go get your meds at pharmacy. Then he left. He looked very mad and didn’t even ask me how I was feeling. Was I okay? Did I have any questions? It was an awful experience and I want Tidwell to be mindful of my sensitivity and my anxiety to dental issues. Thank you.
