					<description><![CDATA[I am a military service member, and I have followed all of the instructions from each customer service member and management to get put back on the military plan. Now because I was told the wrong instructions the system submitted to have my policy canceled. And now I am being told that there is nothing else Geico can do, even though I did everything they asked, and my policy will be canceled tonight.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Hi, I had an accident in Waco tx on 09/04/20 I had a lawyer but they dropped me 1year. 10mos I could not get another lawyer due to what they say S.O.L. So didn&#039;t know what to do then we got a letter from Geico so I called them and they to us of the offers that the lawyer had got an offer back 3/11/22 I decline the offer on 8/31 I told the claim lady that she didn&#039;t have all the bills I then asked her if I got them for her would she look into them I got them there at 9/1/22  I called and called her no answer she did say she was not going to be there on 9/2/ said someone was watching the fax they received everything by 4 pm Houston, Texas time well the S.O.L ran out on Sunday the 4th. So I&#039;ve been trying to see what could be done Today they told me sorry nothing they would do. Case closed and wouldn&#039;t give a consideration
Someone told me due to mental health a lawyer could get more time I&#039;m legal disability. Can anyone help me feel my case was never heard I feel this is In BAD FAITH
I FELT NO ONE HANDLES COMPLETED THEIR JOB.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[After accident on June 25, 2022 my vehicle was taken to Gerber Collision And Glass in Del City Oklahoma under claim number 8689019000000001-01 for repair. Supposed to be a GEICO friendly operation, but as of today August 16, 2022 all I get  is the run around about parts and they keep moving the completion date every week. Latest is now September 1, 2022. If this is how they treat other GEICO customers I doubt they will get much business in the future. I am frustrated having my vehicle tied up for over 2-1/2 months. THANKS]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Need to speak to the CEO of Geico for discrimination  and was lied to twice 3 different insurance employees my policy im retaining to auto my policy 6018-24-40-19 and I had to close a bank account that was tied to the account and had to close it and i was trying to get a hold of Geico every way I could and felled and when I did I wasn&#039;t treated in a mannerly  way and felt like they where higher up lied about being in management and I asked again if I was talking to management and they said no at this time made me feel like I was but wasn&#039;t so that was a lie and this retains to a payment on this policy witch I called ahead to give Geico updates on my billing and I was having problems with Geico app and couldn&#039;t get through for over 3 days starting 08/02/2022 and finally found a phone number to contact a agent and it was a sales person for Geico automobile insurance was only way I could get in touch with anyone to help me get to place I needed to help me to get a payment to Geico for my automobile bye sending it thru the mail and that I had plenty of time to do so and I asked the agent will I have any cancelation in this period time that affect my policy and she said no that I will be good on getting payment  there so that was a lie so my bill for this month was $163.12 and even when I did what sopost to they still change a bounce fee on account that was closed and there is no way possible that the bank would charge a bounce fee on a closed account so I was being lied to the hole time between all of the employees thru Geico so I was forced to pay a bounce fee on my policy and I&#039;ve been a loyal customer for years and never been late on any of my policies and this is discrimination and I&#039;m going to turn it over to attorney General office in Philadelphia my phone number is 724 761 5966 and Robert Orlando  I hope this makes it up to the right person to take care of this fee that I was charged and returned to me before attorney General get s this because I made copies of it all]]></description>

I keep getting the same information no matter what number I dail. I have left message for a Ms. Wilson I believe is her name and have yet to get a call back. All these numbers listed and no one can be contacted. The amount of money that I am paying for my insurance customer service should be better than this. My vehicle still has damage parts on it and when I go to take it to the facility that was supposed to have fixed the damage in the beginning I have to deal with someone that has a nasty disposition which I was not going to tolerate. I would like to get the phone number ir address so I can contact the CEO to inform that person of what is going on.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[On July 2nd, my husband hit a deer in my car. We filed a claim with Geico. In the over five weeks since then, we have had three separate adjusters assigned to the claim and one salvage adjuster. Not one of these four people has returned our many phone calls or emails. There have also been messages left for two supervisors, also with no calls back. We&#039;ve also called the claims center several times and been told only our adjuster can help us, yet they haven&#039;t. Any update we&#039;ve had has been from trying to track our claim on the Geico app. We finally saw movement last week with a payment to my lien holder for around $7000. The settlement amount is over $13,000 leaving us a remaining amount of around $6,000 which should have been able to go towards a down payment on a new vehicle. My policy only covered 30 days of a rental car, which came and went. I got more frantic as it got closer to the month mark because I knew I couldn&#039;t go without a vehicle. Now, the rental is returned, and the money I should be able to use for a new car is being held up. Nobody can tell me what the hold up is. I&#039;ve never experienced worse customer service and my husband and I will be taking our four vehicles elsewhere, if this claim is FINALLY ever resolved. The customer service quality hasn&#039;t even been close to the very bare minimum that should be a given and Geico has made an already very stressful situation, ten times harder than it ever had to be.]]></description>
