I was told that in order to keep my insurance active I had to reenstate my list and submit a form by the 10th of December. It was done by the 10th and they still canceled my policy and now asking for more money to keep it and now they are saying it had to be turned in by the 9th. A scam to get more money. They don’t go by there word.

I will be making a bbb complaint as well.
Its a problem for me that the company is not open all days in calender year. I know that everyone are entitled to their holidays, but you could atleast have a skeleton customer service phone number that is open on weekends and at all public holidays.
They should hire some more employees for their customer support team. Good company overall, I just found it hard to get through on their customer help phone number.
