					<description><![CDATA[More of a complaint, I purchased a service extended warranty, and when I call GE to help try to expedite the parts to repair my machine under the outside warranty that has been brought to my attention. GE said they could help me by selling me the exact same washer. It is now valued at half the price when I bought it And the discount they were willing to give me is from the price I purchased four years ago which will come out to be more than what the current price is at 49% off so this tells me that the product I purchase has less than half the value on a gnu unused product of the same quality  so your quality of your product has gone down in order to be able to sell it cheaper than what I purchase it for less than half the price even though the warranty policy is not through GE as I said it was brought to my attention it’s sad to hear that your product has decreased in value instead of increasing as the current economy, everything else has increased  it shows that the quality of your product has gone down.]]></description>

Then he’ll see. We have had food spoil, a carpenter remove cabinets so refrigerator will fit so repair man here until Thursday. Terrible service. Please help. I don’t want this refrigerator. 					<description><![CDATA[I purchased a French door refrigerator on 12/13/21 from Lowe’s in Chillicothe, Ohio. It was delivered on 12/17/21 and compressor quit on 3/2/22 called for service on 3/3/22 repair man came on 3/21/22 has  to order part scheduled to come back 4/4/22. I want a new refrigerator. I paid for new refrigerator. I want a new refrigerator. I have been without refrigerator since 3/2/22! What happens if part doesn’t come in? How long do I have to go without refrigerator? This refrigerator is under warranty.  It is defective. It died when it was less than 90 days old!! 
 Case # 07528529. I have spoken with Lakeisha in Consumer Relations and Aamira both were very nice, courteous but I’m still without a working refrigerator.  HELP!!!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I recently had the upper element in the oven of my GE Profile explode, sparking, smoking, and melting, spewing molten metal on the sides, oven racks, and floor of the oven. To say that I was frightened is an understatement, because I could have been seriously injured or even blinded.  I had just opened the oven after preheating to 400 degrees to bake bread.  If the door had been closed, I suppose it would have blown the glass out as has happened in some other Profile models.  This range was installed in December, 2016, but not in daily use until July, 2017 when I moved into my new home.  Thus, it is still quite new and such an explosion should be totally unexpected.  I have had other GE ranges and never experienced a similar problem.
If the element had simply failed, I would have been disappointed but would have replaced it without complaint.  However, concerned that this might happen (or has happened with other owners), I feel the incident should be reported to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.  For me, given the potential gravity of the situation, I expected that GE would replace the unit without any charge.  That was not the case, however, although you did waive the fee for a house visit and gave a slight discount for labor and the part.  Of course, nothing will remove the unsightly melted metal in various places in the oven.
I am asking at least for reimbursement of the charges if you agree with my concerns The incident occurred on Feb. 17 and the repair was completed on Feb. 21 for $147.42, the case number is 07415785.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I ordered a wall has oven range in February. Last week I got a call that is was going to be delivered the next day so I took time off from my job. No one came and no one called. I called the deliver company, they apologized and said it was going to be delivered 12/28. On 12/27 I got a robo call saying the deliver time would be between 1:30 and 5:30. They came at 11:05. The men hooked up the gas line but couldn&#039;t plug it in or install it because it had a 3 prong plug and I had a 2 prong outlet. I understand that, however, I have come to  find out that the hookup to the gas line is illegal. I was told by a plumber that 2 connectors cannot go together and that GE needs to come back and fix this problem. After wasting half the day on the phone trying to get someone to come back, I was told an email was sent and I would be notified of a date, however, right now their is no available times until the end if January. This is absurd. I am very surprised that a company like GE is this irresponsible and are putting customers at risk by hiring service people who don&#039;t know what they are doing! I paid for this installation and will have to pay a plumber if Indont get someone here in a reasonable amount of time to fox this and I also want a refund for the installation that was done incorrectly.]]></description>

He was supposed to arrive between 1;00 &#038; 5:00.  At 3:30 I called your call center to see what he would be arriving.  I was told he was running late and would probably not make it to my house.  After waiting for hours &#038; only because I called was I told this.  After talking to YOUR representative I was informed that he most likely wouldn&#039;t be there that day.  Of course, I was upset but I said then he will be here first thing in the morning.  Oh no , I was told, the first time slot available is Saturday 10/30/2021.  Your product is awful, your customer service is even worse.  I will never buy another GE Appliance again.  
I have the refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave &#038; oven. Also purchased &#038; GE washer &#038; dryer.  ALL ARE POORLY MADE.  I plan on going on the website trying to alert potential customers what awful products GE produces.]]></description>
