I recently bought the Gerber rice cereal from a local Walgreens. When I scooped out 1 tsp, a bug was in it. It looked like some type of baby roach. The expiration date was January 2022 but I am not sure when the product was made.

Greetings..Today Gerber Life Insurance Representative answered my INCOMING phone call and stated 3 times she could NOT hear me. Beforehand the options to choose from on the dial pad would not allow selections. Waited 45 mins. Also eService since the old system January 2021 to the new system near Feb 2021 would NOT allow me to transition from paper to paperless.

I have been calling the corportate office phone number, but I only get an automated message. So I would like to know how I get through to a real live human.
