food service waited 15min to be service girl acted like she didn’t see walk pass me 4 time lady that was working back there ask her to help me because she was helping someone and she still didn’t help. Southgate maple height store the people some who work there are nasty.

Just a heads up for your customer service team. Most companies have a Twitter or Facebook customer service account these days, where customers can get fast help. I only have a small problem that i think could be fixed in 30 seconds. I dont want to be on hold for 10 minutes on the customer support hotline for that.
Environmental concern regarding some deteriorating trees that could cause property damage . I own adjoining property to the Ravenna store back near the detention pond on Linden street. There are a large number of tree that have been dying of since the changes in the wetlands when the new store was built. Since there have been changes to the water tables they continue to die of and get bug infested that compromises their integrity. Even if they were just fell and out of the way could eliminate damage potential.
