They all need retrained or just trained! They stranded a BLIND man in Mich. He has to get home for medical help, but he missed the first bus by falling. Your people said he must print out his own ticket. No house ,no computer, no electric, and no damn printer. He is sleeping on the street!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for nothing!!!!!!!!!!
