I am unhappy with my vehicle now. Gwatney in Sherwood damaged my car in 2019. Routine scheduled oil change was turned out bad. They left out oil . Locked up engine. They replaced engine with one that was compatible with miles on my vehicle. A few months later turbo stopped working. They fixed it at my expense. I found out that the engine and turbo work together. One is no good without the other. About two weeks ago I got off freeway and I heard the same noise as I heard before. I hAd my car towed to Gwatney. I was afraid to drive it that far. Rob told me that my car needed over $ 3,000 worth of work. I am wondering how that can be!!! I only have 133,332 miles total. Less miles on replacement motor . I loved my 2015 Buick Encore. Now I feel like I am paying for a car that is a lemon. I think the turbo I isn’t working right. It starts up really loud . Then it slowly automatically idles down then it shuts off.
