For example i was unable to get through at all on the customer support phone number today.

Why do I need “official permission” to register my complaint? I drove two hours to shop at that store this week and had to go to a Wendy’s to find a bathroom. Do all of you people have twenty gallon bladders? What can you hope to gain by being so mean and disrespectful toward your customers? I’ll be shocked if I receive a reply.
