					<description><![CDATA[I have an issue with your supplier Casa Bella furniture store in Glen Cove, NY. I had purchased an Ashley recliner set in December 2021 from the aforementioned store. Within 2-3 weeks I noticed there was stitching ripped from one sofa and I immediately contacted the store owner. He gave me a run-around and after numerous phone calls and messages, he finally responded saying that I will need to contact Ashley. A few days later after the first incident, the recliner sofa itself broke down and no longer closes completely. I had a fit... I contacted Ashley and of course no favorable response.
You allow such cheap and mannerless people to sell your furniture worth thousands of dollars and without any customer service. The reason I am contacting Ashley is that even after spending so much money and getting some cheap Ashley furniture in my house, getting the run around from your furniture supplier, I  am done with all this hassle. My next step is to file a court case against Ashley and your supplier for selling cheap products without any assurity, it&#039;s a total rip-off for customers. In the name of Ashley, he is probably deceiving innocent customers who only purchase there since it&#039;s Ashley furniture.

I want Ashley to get involved and contact the seller and resolve this issue for me ASAP.  I no longer have patience for this... complete store details as below.
I will need a full refund and cancelation of the furniture store&#039;s ability to sell Ashley&#039;s furniture.

Yasir Mohammad claims to be the store owner who is a very rude, unprofessional, and uneducated person. Don’t know how Ashley choose their third-party sellers.
