This is how you treat your customers you receive payment I did not receive my merchandise you are giving me a hard time to get what I paid for from your company.

Several months ago I took advantage of a sale you had of Charter Club Damask Stripe twin Sheet sets. I bought 2 sets so that I could alternate the use. Two weeks ago I noticed a hole in the fitted sheet. Yesterday when I went to change the sheets I noticed a wear sign in the flat sheet. They are supposed to be fine Supima cotton made in India. I thought this would be the last time I would have to buy sheets. I’m 91 years old. I don’t they are so fine. I think you should look for another manufacturer. Don’t you?
