We was at the McDonalds on Floyd Baker Road this morning around 10:40 or so . My son was coming out and this employee named Dawn was running this girl off just because her little dog was sitting outside bothering no one . This little dog is very well known in Gaffney and is very sweet . This lady paid for her food and was a customer like everyone elese . We all love her little dog Ugly . My son got back in the car and was telling me about it . That was so wrong . People ought not go there if a little dog cannot sit outside and wait on its owner to get done eating Everyonr in Gaffney knows this sweet dog . Misty Black is the name of the girl that got ran off . Your employee Dawn was not right to run her off .

Might have a on going problem at your location in Breckinridge Texas. My wife and I ate and shared a 1/4 burger which looking back tasted different, by Monday midday we both were sick, it’s Friday now I’m finally feeling better, my wife was better on Wednesday. I’m not the type of person that complains about much, but I did write a review on Yelp and noticed that other people have gotten sick after eating at that location in the past 2-3 months. Might be something that needs to be addressed hasn’t been a pleasant weeks or my wife or me!

Having purchased two medium iced coffees recently for $1, I understand now that it is no deal. Six sips of coffee and three quarters of a glass of ice. What a rip off! Shame on you for taking advantage of loyal customers.

My family and I recently visited the McDonald’s at 9774 Groffsmill Drive in OwingsMills , Md. this McDonalds was nice and clean but had poor customer service. The employees looked at me, but never came to the register to take my order. There was money lost due to the fact that I ended up using the restroom then leaving. Ridiculous!!! Customer service is so important… even when you are multi tasking, be polite and say .. I’ll be with you shortly.. they said nothing.

I am very upset about the change of our McDonald’s to McMarro. The food is worse, they don’t fill sodas to the top, they got rid of the senior discount. The amount of people going there now is much lower and the drive thru lanes practically empty. Why can’t we go back to the regular McDonald’s. In the meantime I will be going to the Burger King across the street. Better prices, better food, and great staff.

McDonald’s 1820 30th Ave Kenosha WI went through drive thru and our quarter pounder with bacon had no bacon on it. for what we paid for the Burger it shouldn’t be just a regular quarter pounder.

Tonight I went to your restaurant and spent over $40. We had to wait on fries which was understandable. While we were waiting we checked out our order. There were items missing so when the person brought our ordered fries I showed her what was on my receipt and she told us to hold on just a few minutes and she would be right back. We sat there for forty five minutes. I know they didn’t forget us because they were at the counter pointing at us. Finally starting to get angry I went to the door it was locked. So I pulled around to the order speaker and they wouldn’t answer there so
I pulled up to the window. The woman there was extremely rude and said when I asked about the rest of my order. You mean you don’t have it now. I had already paid for the food I DID NOT GET. I had already went over our order with the lady who took it. THE SCREWED UP ORDER WAS BAD ENOUGH BUT TO LEAVE US WAITING AND BE RUDE AND INCENUATE WE WERE LYING. I KNOW THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALDS IN TOWN BUT IT HAS BECOME EVEN FURTHER DISGUSTING WHEN THEY POKE FUN IN A CALLOUS WAY TO SOMEONE WHO EATS AT THIS PLACE ATLEAST 4 TIMES A WEEK TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS IT HAS MADE ME WANT TO NEVER FEEL LIKE THIS AGAIN. I have three children that love McDonalds but this is one food chain that I can live without. My name is Sarah Stults and Emily Allison was with me. This is absolutely the worst I have ever been treated by any restaurant in my life and I am 60 years old with lots of travel under my belt. I am going to put this on facebook and twitter and any other billboard I can find. This is supposed to be a family friendly restaurant and I have some very disappointed kids and family members.
