  1. My experience with the company is that once they have you as a customer then they make it hard for you to contact them with any problem. For example i was unable to get through at all on the customer support phone number today.

  2. Its a problem for me that the company is not open all days in calender year. I know that everyone are entitled to their holidays, but you could atleast have a skeleton customer service phone number that is open on weekends and at all public holidays.

  3. To whom it may concern.
We are sending this email in response to the condition of our 2019 Nissan Pathfinder Rockcreek edition with 66 thousand miles on it. A week ago monday. It stopped on the side of the highway. After getting it to our dealership (MIke Smith Nissan) in Beaumont TX. After a week in the service center. They notified us that the engine needs to be replaced. Cylinder 1 has lost compression and is at 120 psi. We have had all of the scheduled maintenance done at the dealership on time including oil changes. The reason we purchased the Nissan was the assumption that we would not be having any issues with the vehicle. Due to the track records of friends and family who owne Nissan’s. We purchased a brand new Pathfinder in the latter months of 2019. Then Covid hit, just cripping all of us. My wife absolutely loves this vehicle. We treat all our vehicles responsibly. There is the fact that one of your vehicles at 66 thousand miles would need an engine replacement. It would trouble me that at no fault of my customer the product I sold them didn’t live up to what is expected of it. Our replacement cost for a new engine is $ 11,288.91.The Diagnostic alone was $ 590.00 I don’t have the cash for an engine replacement. I still owe 20 thousand on the vehicle. And we still haven’t recovered financially from Covid. In other words we are screwed. We were planning on getting as many miles as possible before any issues. We depend on our Pathfinder for my wife’s work. I know this will probably fall on deff ears. I am still in shock that our 2019 Pathfinder with 66 thousand miles needs a new engine. How could this happen ? When we have done everything correctly. We have nowhere to turn to in this matter.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

    Sincerely
    Robert Samuel Krummel
