I bought 2 things 910xl hp ink and package of 6 small legal pads somehow they slit them into 2 orders the pads are coming today as I asked the ink is coming tomorrow without asking me if I will be home which I won’t be they would or said can’t change it so my ink order will be left at my door at my apartment I asked to have it taken to renting office in my building said no so if person walks by likes the package takes it I have to reorder it now I am 75 years of age on very fixed income so I have to spend 44 dollars of my food money because of your company shame on you shame shame contact me at lindaconxxxx @gmail.com

Its a problem for me that the company is not open all days in calender year. I know that everyone are entitled to their holidays, but you could atleast have a skeleton customer service phone number that is open on weekends and at all public holidays.
