Good company, I have one small complaint though: It would be great if they had a chat function or online email form where you could easily contact a customer service representative.

Someone up there cannot not read,are do not know what they are doing.this will the second time I had to mail these shoes back. I ordered : Angel 11 by soft style. My order was a pair white size 10 WW. Even left a note. But twice now they mailed me size 10 W width. BUT I ORDERED SIZE: 10 WW WIDTH. SOMEONE CANNOT READ. WHAT’S THE PROBLEM ???

I ordered a pair of shoes they mailed the wrong size.sent them back. They mailed me the same wrong size again. Somebody up there cannot read. I ordered size 10 W. But they keep mailing me size 10 W.
