one of your employees at Fix It in Flagstaff is causing me trouble. I paid over 100 to get my HP and Acer Notebook fixed. They couldn’t fix them. They won’t give my HP back and they did not give me the cord tor the Acer. Please see that I get a cord for Acer and My HP or one like it back. Thank you

I need help now from your dept regarding Verizon took out of my acct the wrong amount for a prearrangement that was set which is going to make my daughter’s CK for her wedding venue that had to be paid on Friday and I have been dealing with Verizon’s financial dept and have been lied to regarding difference of money put bk into account if my daughter’s CK bounces and she loses her venue place it will be not good I have been with Verizon for years never had this issue nor been told handled by supervisors and not so even manager over financial! I need someone to call me asap my time here is 1:30 pm and I leave for work at 4:00 pm I am overwhelmed with this issue need cb or email back asap before her CK does not clear because of Verizon!!!
