I dont usually complain but here is my review: Decent company in general until there is a problem. I had a problem with payment, credit card expired and it took ages to get it sorted out. The people in the customer service department are nice though.

I have been calling the corportate office phone number, but I only get an automated message. So I would like to know how I get through to a real live human.

My niece is hearing impaired and she came to O’Reilly’s on South Post Oak 1336 Is the store number and they refused to help her niece is O’Reilly‘s on Fuquay the number is 1336 I think store number and they refused to help her now the store doesn’t suppose to close til 9pm but this is the third time this has happened and it’s not fair she can’t hear and what if someone or somebody would have attacked her at your company then what all she needed help with was a tail light and they couldn’t do that but give her a screw driver to take the light panel out really is this how you treat your customers with a disability but they came outside to help this guy put on his wind shield whipper wow this is discriminating towards individual with a disability and I am very very disappointed in your employees behavior What if I wasn’t home to go up there to help here I had just referred your store to her for her to get some breaks pads tomorrow but we’ll take our businesses elsewhere somewhere that they treat all as an equal someone need to get in contact with me at 346-900-5355
