I am filling a complaint against Oxford life insurance company. Policy AS00069085. I filed for a death benefit claim on February 17, 2022. My mother in law passed. The company has given my wife and I the run a around on settling the claim. I have forward to the company all documents required. I sent them a certified copy of the death certificate. I know the company received the certificate. Because I asked for it to be returned. I have gotten the certificate returned from the company. I have spoken with a manager named Henry. I have called them daily for the last two weeks. I would appreciate you looking into this matter. My return telephone number is 901-305-xxxx. My name is Reginald Smith.
