My car was damage in your facility in Chicago since 07/16/2022, I got a claim report which have been calling the number but no response, I can’t believe after buying four tires and I end up my car was damaged and still getting unnecessary run around.

Pep boys in San Leandro Calif messed up my car and refuse to fix it my hatch and gas door do not work because they did a electrical dyanostice on my car and changed fuses that I didn’t ask for the manager said he don’t care who I report to it has to go threw him first go to the dealership and have them fix it they gave me a refund for the electric dyanostic I didn’t ask for fuses was on the floor they forgot to put my lock to my one tire they fixed they drew a big white line on my tire that they had fixed on may 25 same tire I have been coming to pep boys for a while I’m so sad the way he talked to me please help me thank you

My experience with Pep Boys was as follows:
I paid over $1700 for work to be performed that did not resolve the issue.
While my vehicle was in possession at Pep Boys, my catalytic converter was stolen
I have called multiple times to report this issue, and my calls have not been returned
I expect a resolution that compensates me for the theft, and expect the other charges to be waived given that the work done didn’t correct my issue. An issue that was fixed by a third party for a nominal fee.

I have been patient and hoped this matter would be resolved by Corporate when I called. Unfortunately, I have also been given a run-around on the phone, like I was by the Pep Boys facility #0459

I am an 80 year old woman living on a fixed income. I put my trust in Pep Boys to fix my vehicle. Not only was work done that didn’t fix the issue, but my vehicle was burglarized while in your possession.

I amazed that you cannot speak to a person. My name is Michelle Greene. I have always had my oil changed at the Dyer Locations Peo Boys. I dropped my car off at 9:00 and I called and he told me the car was not ready and it might be another two hours. Clearly this guy has zero customer service and I let him know it was very xty. He calls back and refuses the car which I was going to pick up the car anyway. List a very loyal customer to this clown.

when asked on phone to tire manager in
West Berlin,New Jersey about warrenty info on the four new tires I just bought the day before , he replied no info was needed .It was kept by the store. When I politely pressed the need for some info on my part he became rude. This attitude prompted me to tell him about my greased stained rugs.He sharplly replied “It wasa mistake I appologize and hung up.

Rock Hill SC, Cherry Road store is attempting to take advantage of consumers and insurance companies. Illegal behavior taking place that I will be reporting to the insurance commissioner of North Carolina. Additionally, I’ve been attempting to contact the customer relations manager with promises of a return call for three days now no response from him. Shame on you Pep Boys! I hope you Realize you don’t exist without satisfied customers.

As an employee, I would like to say that it is generally a good company to work for. I wish there would be an easy way to see my opcoming schedule online though or a way to contact Human Resources through an app for example out of hours.
