They should hire some more employees for their customer support team. Good company overall, I just found it hard to get through on their customer help phone number.

On Monday, July 23, 2018 @ 7:00 AM was the time of may appointment to get this dog who adopted me less than a week before this appointment. I locked my purse, my dog, keys everything in my car and I am eternally grateful to employees who opened the doors to help and to the men that got my car open. Now for the Grooming Section and the the Boarding Section, if it is against company not to accept pets who have heart worms than this should be asked at the time the appointment is made by phone and when they inquire about Rabies Vaccinations, not wait until the dog is brought in and placed in a kennel with other dogs in the Grooming Section; then after I get home I received a call from the Boarding Section that she JUST checked with the manager about the company policy concerning hart worms. Why did she not know this before. The Petsmart is located at 19075 IH45 South, Ste.114 77385, Conroe, Texas 77385. And this address is in error they are located on the IH 45 South side. this is the very last time that I will enter any Petsmart.
