Well i am here now at pinnicle Nissan and returning a car that wasnt a good fit and so now they have my car and no other one availiable for me so now im walking and dont have a car thanks a lot Nissan. For being so great !

Put $2000 on a used car got insurance on it gave them a copy day before received full finance from them could not come down on Sunday but told them Monday morning okay to sign they sold car to a nother buyer very poor business practices done and may not be legal because money deposit was accepted looking into to it

It would be great if the company could answer their messages on Facebook. I tried Twitter also but did not get a reply. I suppose I will have to do it the old fashioned way and contact the corporate office phone number.

I dont usually complain but here is my review: Decent company in general until there is a problem. I had a problem with payment, credit card expired and it took ages to get it sorted out. The people in the customer service department are nice though.
